A look at the menu for a recent wedding where we prepared and served the kosher cuisine.
Kosher Food Menu
Hors d’eobures: chicken satays, beef satatys, Moroccan cigars, burakas, sweet potato fries, mini falafels, toonie burgers, salmon in cumber cups.
Salads in the center of table: hummus and tehina, cucumber salad, beet salad, baba ghanoush, pickles and olives, baby spinach salad.
Appetizer: salmon on angel har pasta.
Main Course: Stuffed chicken breast and filet of beef with yukon potatoes and vegetables consisting of green beans, baby carrots, red and yellow peppers.
Desert was a chocolate trio
Sweet Table: fruit display, pastries, shooter deserts, chocolate fondue, funnel cakes, and featuring Moroccan pastries
