Kosher Catering for the Syrtash Wedding
Mitzuyan was the kosher caterer at the Boulevard Room. The kosher food was as follows:
Salads on the table: hummus and tehina, baba ghanoush, black olive tapenade.
Individual mushroom crepes.
Miso glazed salmon with potato and vegetables.
Herb marinated chicken breast in white wine sauce with potato and vegetables.
Chocolate trio for desert.
