Robbins Hebrew Academy Wild Wild West Gala Fundraiser at Wychwoodbarns

Mitzuyan Kosher Catering was pleased to provide the kosher catering to this wonderful event.

Kosher Cuisine Menu

Bar – soft drinks, juices, alcohol, beer, wine, ice – supplied by clien

 

Hor d’oeuvres: (butler passed)

Onion bombs with garlic aioli in mini disposable boats

Chicken wings with buffalo and honey garlic sauce

Mini ballpark hot dogs with assorted toppings

Toonie burger sliders with carmelized onions

 

STATION  ONE

Herb brined chicken breast grilled – served with fresh tomato salsa or mango chutney with red onion and cilantro

Grilled Veggie Skewers- assortment of grilled veggies – mushrooms, onion, peppers, squash, zucchini – drizzled with a balsamic reduction.

Chili – vegetarian chili served in tortilla bowls

Jalapeno Corn Bread

 

STATION TWO

Down south pulled brisket in a hickory smoked bbq sauce served on a warm artisan bun with horseradish aioli or naked with a helping of crispy coleslaw

Fancy fries – assortment of crispy shoestring fries made with potato, sweet potato and parsnip. Served with chipotle mayo, ketchup and tarragon aioli

Baked Beans – infused with maple syrup, crispy onion topping

Dill Coleslaw – blend of purple cabbage, napa cabbage and carrot tossed in a tangy lime and dill vinaigrette

 

DESSERT

Chilled watermelon slices

Double fudge brownies and traditional sugar and cinnamon coated churros

Ready to dip strawberries with chocolate and caramel sauces

Freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee and teas with coffee rich, sugar,

sweetner and lemon slices.
