1. Herb marinated chicken supreme served with a medley of seasonal vegetables and roasted garlic fingerling potatoes.

2. Chicken supreme with spinach and mushroom stuffing. Drizzled with red wine mushroom sauce. Accompanied with potato pave and bundle of julienned vegetables wrapped with strips of chive.

3. Herb marinated grilled chicken breast with seasoned coriander jasmine rice and a medley of seasonal vegetables.

4. Miso glazed wild Atlantic salmon with a vanilla parsnip mash and a bundle of julienned vegetables wrapped with chive strips
