  • Pepper crusted filet of beef with sauteed mushrooms in a merlot wine reduction. Accompanied by potato pave and grilled vegetable tower.
  • Chicken supreme stuffed with wild rice, baby spinach, and mushrooms drizzled with a cabernet wine mushroom sauce. Accompanied by fingerling potatoes and julienned seasonal vegetables wrapped with strips of chive. 
  • Pesto crusted Atlantic salmon filet with French almondine green bean bundle, roasted parisienne potatoes, charred red beets
    and yam medallions.
