Entreé Course

  • Pepper crusted filet of beef with sauteed mushrooms in a merlot wine reduction. Accompanied by potato pave and grilled vegetable tower.
  • Chicken supreme with spinach, wild rice, and mushrooms stuffing in a cabernet wine mushroom sauce. Accompanied by fingerling potatoes and julienned vegetables wrapped with strips of chive. 

Potatoes and a medley of vegetables accompany all entrees
