  • Miso glazed Chilean sea bass on a bed of shitake mushrooms and baby bock choy. Vanilla saffron parsnip mash.
  • Bourbon glazed English cut short ribs with garlic Yukon mash potatoes. Bundle of julienned vegetables wrapped in chive.

  • Vanilla cheesecake with a raspberry swirl in a brownie crust with a fresh fruit skewer.
  • Molten Chocolate Cake with Mulled Wine Poached Pear with Dark Chocolate Sauce
