Passover Update: We’re Filling Up Fast!
First off, a huge thank you to our incredible community. Since we opened our 2026 Passover catering menu, the response has been nothing short of overwhelming.
We love being a part of your Seder traditions, and our kitchen team is already gearing up to prepare the brisket, matzah ball soup, and signature sides you’ve come to expect from Mitzuyan Kosher Catering.
📉 Current Capacity Alert
To ensure that every single order meets our high standards for quality and kashrut, we have a strict production limit.
Current Status: We have officially reached 80% production capacity.
What this means: While our original order deadline was March 18, we are on track to hit our maximum limit much sooner than anticipated.
⚠️ Closing Orders Early
Once we hit 100%, we will have to close our ordering portal—even if it’s well before the 18th.
If you haven’t secured your Seder meal yet, we don’t want you to miss out! To guarantee your spot on our delivery or pickup schedule, we highly recommend placing your order within the next 24 to 48 hours.
