Mitzuyan can provide kosher catering at any event venue in Toronto. Our mobile kosher kitchen gives us the flexibility to work at any venue, even if no kosher kitchen is available. Our catering team can transform any traditional Russian cuisine into a kosher delicacy. Our chefs have learned to substitute kosher ingredients for non kosher ingredients and maintain quality and taste.
Russian cuisine requires an abundance of food to be paired with vodka on the table. Mitzuyan insures that there is ample food on the table. Food is not removed until permission is obtained from the host.
Our in house pastry chef creates deserts which are inherently Russian, but kosher.
Creating kosher Russian foods is an art and science at the same time. Our team prepares Russian kosher food which is inherent to the different cultures and regions in Russia. We are familiar with Kafakasi, Bouchari, Georgian, St Petersburg, Kiev and Moscow style of cooking, but kosher.
