Chicken Drummettes
Very delicious and easy to make recipe.
Ingredients:
8 garlic gloves, crushed
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
chicken drumettes
Combine garlic, honey, mustard, soy sauce, lemon, oil, salt, and pepper in a nonmetallic bowl. Add chicken and toss a coat each piece well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Placechicken on a wire rack set over a sheet pan. Bake until chicken is well browned and cooked through. It usually takes about 35 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
The chicken drummettes are made in the following way:
Select 20 chicken wings. Cut the first joint of each chicken wing and discard wing tips. Holding small end of second joint, cut, scrape, and push meat down to thick end. Pull skin and meat over end of bone with fingers to resemble baby drum drumsticks. Cut off knuckle end with scissors or knife. Repeat for the remaining wings.
