Mitzuyan will work with the theme you choose for your wedding, bar/bat mitzvah celebration, or other event. We cater for a variety of religious events (birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, galas, fundraisers, ) and corporate events and can meet just about any additional dietary requirement, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, etc. All food is prepared onsite (or close enough—we park as close to the venue as possible) so you get it as fresh as if it were done in your own kitchen.

Yes! We are a full-service catering company. We set-up, service and tear down each catering event. Our catering team consists of our executive chefs and banquet manager. We can provide décor and event coordination if requested. We can help you find a venue, plan the menu and recommend vendors.

Our chefs love a challenge and can make gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and allergy restrictive meals.

We provide a sample tasting once a service contract has been signed.

We build a kosher kitchen at event venues which do not have kosher kitchen facilities. We bring kosher kitchen equipment to do the actual cooking. We bring kosher dishes, cutlery, and glassware to serve the food.

Mitzuyan has a modern approach to Kosher Catering. We are not set in the old ways of cooking and can infuse old cooking techniques with new ones. We are eager to please our clients and want them to have the best event possible. We strive to be flexible and accommodating to our clients’ requests, and make food that looks and tastes terrific. We constantly experiment with non-kosher food recipes, to make them with kosher ingredients.
