Toronto kosher caterers are getting ready for Chanukah with traditional potato latkes, jelly filled donuts and greasy foods drenched in oil and fried to a crisp.
It is time to spare the oil and enjoy more healthier versions. Mitzuyan is one of the few Toronto kosher caterers who has decided to change.
Mitzuyan kosher catering prepares the following healthier versions to traditional greasy foods: baked jelly donuts, baked latkes, carrot and potato latkes, roasted root vegetable latkes, cauliflower latkes and parsnip celery root latkes.
We have transformed traditional kosher foods into modern healthier versions. Learn more by calling us at 416-419-5260.
Chanukah is a festive time in which traditional cooking recipes are brought to life. Children are showered with gifts and Chanukah gelt.
The festival of lights consists of menorah lighting, special prayers, fried foods and the traditional dreidel game.
It should also be a time for reflection. Its time that we embrace each other with more love, empathy and tolerance.
This year Chanukah and Christmas coincide very close to each other. We have decided to give our staff a very well-deserved rest. We will be closed from December 21, 2019 to January 5, 2020. We had a very successful year and even managed to do a gala event for 500 people. It was our pleasure to offer our kosher catering services to the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal.
We feel very honoured to be able to provide kosher catering in Toronto and allow people to follow a kosher lifestyle. Today’s economic and political conditions make it difficult to follow a kosher way of life. We try to offer solutions to high prices.
Our name MITZUYAN says it all. We offer excellent kosher food at reasonable prices. We can create and design pop kosher kitchens at all types of venues in Toronto. It is challenging to cater a kosher event in a non kosher venue which does not have an on-site kosher kitchen.
