Sangria
2 cups red wine, such as merlot
1 pineapple, diced
1 mango, diced
2 cups orange juice
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup grapefruit Juice
Ice
Method:

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Stir well and serve

Honeydew Lime Margaritas
Replace your normal margarita recipe with this refreshing summer cocktail!

2 cups chopped honeydew melon

½ cup silver tequila

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon orange liqueur

1 teaspoon agave nectar

Coarse sea salt, for garnish (optional)

Lime wedges, for garnish (optional)

Puree the honeydew in a blender until smooth and pour into a large cocktail shaker. Add tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave nectar and a few ice cubes and shake vigorously. Rub rims of two cocktail glasses with lime wedges and dip into coarse salt to coat rim (if you want a salted margarita) and strain the shaker mix into the glass. Ice is optional and will water down the cocktail and dilute its flavor. Garnish with thinly sliced lime or oranges.

Beats Manna

Recipe

1.5oz. Vodka
0.5oz. Coconut Milk
0.5oz. Agave Nectar (1:1 dilution)
0.75oz. Orange Juice
0.25oz. Lime Juice
0 Dark Chocolate

Combine ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into Martini or couple glass. Garnish with grated dark chocolate. **Use Kosher Coconut Milk and Dark Chocolate**

Desert Storm

Recipe

1.5oz. Vodka
3 1-inch cubes of Comice Pear
0.5oz. Agave Nectar (1:1 dilution)
0.75oz. Lemon Juice
1 Rosemary Sprig

Muddle pear and rosemary. Add all other ingredients, shake and strain over ice. Garnish with fresh sprig of rosemary. *No. 209 Kosher-for-Passover Gin or Vodka can both be used**

Red Sea

Recipe

1.5oz. Vodka
1 Fresh Strawberry
1 Basil Leaf
0.5oz. Lime Juice
0.25oz. Agave Nectar (1:1 dilution)

Muddle strawberry and agave nectar. Add remaining ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into Martini or Coupe glass, garnish with fresh basil leaf.
