Mitzuyan Kosher Catering hosted a kosher wedding at The Manor.
The Manor is surrounded by the beautiful golf greens of the Carrying Place Golf and Country Club. The Benchimols had an outdoor ceremony.
A mobile kosher kitchen was set up by Mitzuyan to prepare and serve food to the kosher function. One of the advantages of using Mitzuyan is the ability of the kosher caterer to provide the client with everything required for the kosher event. On site cooking guarantees fresh and delicious food.

Butler passed hor d’oeuvres consisting of: vegetarian pekora, beef satay, rice paper vegetable rolls, sweet potato fries, artichoke tempura, tandoori satay, salmon satay, smoked salmon in a cucumber cup, grape tomatoes in tarts.
Artisan bread basket on each table with hummus, black olive tapenade, and matbucha.
The appetizer course was a cucumber cup salad with butternut squash soup.
Main course was a choice of salmon or chicken with herb crusted potatoes and grilled vegetables.
Desert consisted of a chocolate trio.
Sweet table consisted of fruit displays, pastries, desert shooters, cake pops and chocolate fondue.
