First step is to cut one piece of boneless chicken breast into small cubes which you will eventually thread onto skewers. Cut it into 10 cubes. This recipe serves ten people.
Second step is to prepare the marinade. You will need the following ingredients: the juice from 1 lime, 1/2 tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of olive oil, small amount of chopped chili, small amount of cilantro, half a teaspoon of salt and black pepper. Combine and all the ingredients together. Immerse the chicken cubes,which you cut up with the combined ingredients. Place all contents into a sealed freezer bag and refrigerate for 3 hours. The meat will begin to marinate by infusing all the ingredients. The marination will make the meat more tender and tasteful.
Third step is to remove the soaked chicken cubes from the fridge and thread them onto the skewers. Broil the chicken skewers until they become golden brown. This usually takes about five to ten minutes.
